Brief Paperwork

When you first arrive we will have some brief paperwork for you to fill out regarding your health and reasons for your visit.

Consultation

After finishing the paperwork, there will be a consultation with the doctor to go over your health history and chief complaints for coming into our office.

Examination

The doctor will perform an exam with the goal being to determine what the primary problem is.

X-Rays

We have the ability to take digital x-rays in our office.

Chiropractic Adjustment

Home Instructions

Before leaving, patients may be given directions on specific exercises or things that can be done at home to help, such as using ice.
